Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make. We will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Please submit a form to care@sarahafi.com with your order details (date of purchase, order number, your full name,) and the reason for return, within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

  • The items must be returned within 3 days in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels, unaltered and unwashed. We regret to accept any garments that appear worn, have rips, hairs, makeup or other stains, odours or perfumes.

 

  • Once our warehouse accepts your request, you will be fully refunded. If your payment has been processed through the bank, you will be refunded through the bank. Please allow for 2 weeks for the transfer to be completed. If you have paid in cash, you will be refunded in cash.

 

  • Due to the limited quantity of our collections, we currently do not offer an exchange policy. If you would like to change the size of your purchase, we recommend you refund the unwanted item and purchase a new item.

 

  • Domestic returns are complimentary. International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and will be charged with return fees.

 

  • Please allow for 3-5 working days for Domestic shipping, and 10-14 working days for International shipping.

 

Faulty Items or Wrong Orders

We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong order or an item that is faulty. Please contact customer service at care@sarahafi.com, including your order number, your name and well-lit images of the defects, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please make sure to contact us within 3 days.
